SHIPPING POLICY
All pieces have a calculated shipping fee, the bigger and heavier/fragile the object it, the higher the cost of shipping. This is sure to special packaging and the cost of ensuring that your masterpiece will make it to its final destination.
All orders take 2-3 business days to fully process. I ship all of the paintings from where-ever I am in the USA. I am frequently traveling so there is no home base for my business, therefore making my pieces tax free. Once I get an order for an already finished piece of art it should take around three days to ship out.
You will be emailed updates and a tracking number for your specific purchase. But if you order a custom painting it will take longer to ship out since it needs to be painted, dried, packaged, then shipped. You will receive regular updates via email to keep you informed on the process of your painting.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If your piece has broken on the way to its preferred destination a replacement piece such as pottery.
If a painting has been damaged on the way to its preferred destination a plan will be set up between the customer and the artist on what to do next.

If a sculpture has been damaged on its way to the preferred destination a replacement will be sent or an alternative route will take place.

ANY REPLACEMENTS RECEIVED WILL NEVER LOOK IDENTICAL TO THE ORIGINAL PIECE THAT BROKE, but will look like its twin!
